I help women aged 35–50 navigate perimenopause with compassion, clarity, and practical lifestyle changes. Having experienced perimenopause myself, I understand the confusion, overwhelm, and self-doubt it can bring.
My approach is personalised and evidence-informed, focusing on small, sustainable changes that restore energy, improve sleep, balance mood, and help you feel like yourself again. I created Mindset and Beyond to provide the guidance and support I wished I had—practical strategies, honest connection, and a step-by-step plan that actually works in real life.
My Story
Like many of my clients, I found myself struggling when perimenopause began. At first, I didn’t even know what perimenopause was. All I knew was that I felt lost, overwhelmed, and felt as though something was seriously wrong with me. The advice I received left me confused, frustrated, and discouraged. Some people told me to simply eat less and exercise more. I tried that, and I ended up feeling even worse. Others recommended extreme fad diets or endless supplements, none of which worked for my body, but they certainly emptied my pocket. Then there were the usual dismissals: “It’s just ageing, deal with it” or “It’s all in your head.” Perimenopause wasn’t just a word to me; it was a daily struggle. For example, I found myself forgetting simple things at work or waking up drenched in sweat at night—symptoms I had never experienced before. These changes made me feel disconnected from myself and unsure of what was happening.
I wanted solutions that were practical, natural, and evidence-based—strategies I could actually live with. When I couldn’t find them, I decided to search for answers myself. This journey taught me not only about my own body but also about the power of supporting others through honest connection and shared experience. That frustration became the seed for something bigger: a program I wish I’d had back then. I didn’t want another “miracle pill” or to be told to “just push through.” I wanted someone to sit with me, listen to me and my challenges, and help me make sense of what was happening. I wanted solutions that actually worked in real life, considering my body, circumstances, and needs.
That’s why I created a place where women can find clarity and compassionate guidance, along with a simple, easy-to-follow plan that actually works.
